OptaSense Presents at 2020 Virtual Pipeline Summit

OptaSense recently participated in the 2nd Virtual Pipeline Summit, organized by EITEP Institute, organizer of the Pipeline Technology Conference and publisher of the Pipeline Technology Journal.

The theme of the virtual summit was “Leak Detection and Third-Party Impact Prevention.” Dr. Alasdair Murray, Senior Data Analyst for OptaSense, delivered a presentation, “Application of Distributed Fiber Optic Sensing for Pipeline Integrity and Security,” in which he discussed the use of distributed fiber optic sensing in leak detection and third-party impact applications and field validation of its performance.
